On July 13, Municipal Standing Committee and Minister of Municipal Organization Department Jiang Feng filed understood the status of enterprise development and progress of the project in the production line of Huaxin Cement (Chenzhou) Co., Ltd. and site of Beijing-Hong Kong and Macao high-speed North Chenzhou interworking project, to promote the work implementation.

After listening to the introduction of the relevant enterprises, Jiang Feng pointed out that the enterprise is the development of the main market and the project is an important carrier of investment. The more prosperous an enterprise is, the more prosperous Chenzhou will be, and the faster the project will develop, the faster Chenzhou will develop. Jiang Feng required to strengthen the sense of service, and earnestly establish the concept of "Chenzhou development, my responsibility" to provide good quality for enterprises and projects; to seize the key issues, do everything possible to find ways to help enterprises and projects to solve some real problems, and promote business development and project progress.

Jiang Feng stressed that all departments and cadres at all levels should effectively enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency and improve the execution and driving force. Jiang also required that the relevant departments at all levels should work closely together to create a favorable environment for enterprise development and project advancement; Huaxin Cement (Chenzhou) Co., Ltd should take the initiative to adapt to changes in the market, strengthen technological innovation, promote product upgrades and accelerate the transformation and development; Beijing-Hong Kong and Macao high-speed North Chenzhou interworking project should grab progress and seize the time limit on the premise of ensuring quality and safety to ensure the completion before the end of November this year.
