On July 13, the Municipal Women's Federation and Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission jointly held the female health publicity activities. Lei Dongzhu who is the National People's Congress, the national moral model, the National May Day Labor Medal winner, the national anti rain and snow disaster model, Vice President of Chenzhou First people's Hospital, and Director of Children's Hospital was invited to give lectures on female health knowledge for more than 60 workers of Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission.

In the teaching, Lei Dongzhu took the "female health care" as the theme, and used column data, analogy and storytelling to explain how to be a healthy expectant mother with a wealth of clinical experience and medical knowledge. She suggested that we must attach great importance to premarital examination, pregnancy test and pregnancy care, and actively do a good job in prevention and treatment of gynecological diseases. In an hour and a half of the wonderful lectures, she used simple language and plain language, and made a detailed explanation on female pregnancy care, physical and mental adjustment during pregnancy, prevention of birth defects and other aspects.

After the lecture, Lei Dongzhu also answered the questions raised by everyone. Women workers said that they benefited greatly from the lecture and would strengthen the exercise, enhance the physical, maintain health and vitality, and devote to work with enthusiasm.
