From July 19 to 20, the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee organized some Provincial, Municipal and District People's Congress to conduct the special inspection for the development of trade and logistics industry in our city. Provincial People's Congress, Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Municipal People's Congress Zhang Aiguo participated in the inspection.

At present, the logistics channel of "one circle and two axis" and the logistics network layout of "one park with more points" gradually have been formed in our city, the traditional transport industry and warehousing industry have transferred and upgraded to the modern logistics industry rapidly, and the initial results have been achieved in the construction of the sea and railway transport, comprehensive logistics center, international express center and other professional logistic platforms.

The representatives came to Hunan Jinhuang Logistics Co., Ltd., Xiangnan Big Market, Wuling Large Park and other places to understand the trade and logistics industry development in our city and listen to the relevant work report.

Zhang Aiguo pointed out at the forum that the main purpose of the inspection was to promote the healthy development of the third industry, which was based on the trade and logistics industry in our city, find out the problems in the existing trade logistics enterprises, trade and industries, and put forward the comments and suggestions on the development of trade and logistic industry. The Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee will summarize the views and suggestions of representatives and enterprises to form the inspection reports and submit them to the municipal government for research and treatment. Zhang Aiguo hoped that the municipal and district government and relevant departments could implement the spirit of relevant documents and take concrete measures to solve practical problems to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the trade logistics industry in our city.
