On July 20, the Real Estate Inventory Scheduling was held in our city to review and summarize the work in the first half of this year and study and arrange the next stage of work. Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Political and Judiciary Commission Liu Zhiwei attended the meeting and made a speech.
In the first half of this year, our city implemented a series of development policies and specific initiatives with "Chenzhou characteristics" to make real estate industry steady progress. Among them, the city's commercial housing sales area reached 3.0465 million square meters and the sales amount hit11.63 billion yuan, an increase of 24.2% and 31.4% respectively. The city's real estate industry contribution tax hit 1.603 billion yuan, accounting for 36% of local tax revenue; the city commercial housing sales price was 4504.2 yuan/square meters, an increase of 6.8%; the city completed 7.644 billion yuan of real estate development investment, a decrease of 1.6%, continuous negative running for four months.
The meeting required that the relevant departments should actively and steadily promote the development of real estate, strengthen macro-control and promote the healthy development of real estate projects; should improve the policy measures and real estate sales system; should strengthen the functional support and co-ordinate the development of new and old city. The meeting stressed that we should optimize the government services, create a good environment for the development of real estate industry; should speed up the administrative examination and approval, and improve service efficiency; should increase coordination efforts to solve practical problems; should combat illegal acts and protect the legitimate rights and interests according to the law. The meeting also carried out the face-to-face coordination and assignment on the collected opinions and suggestions of the related real estate enterprises.
