On the afternoon of July 20, after watching the national and provincial teleconference on safety production, our city held the teleconference on safety production. Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren stressed at the meeting that we should put safety production in the place above everything, ahead of everything and important than everything, and create a harmonious and stable social environment for the convening of the 19th National Congress.

Liu Zhiren pointed out that the safety production work has only a starting point and no end; is only a big event, not small matter. The city's production safety situation was very severe and there were many accidents during a few months this year. We should take the spirit of being highly responsible to the party and people, put safety production in the place above everything, ahead of everything and important than everything, maintain the overall stability of the safety situation, firmly and realistically implement the safety production work, earnestly safeguard the production and operation market order, and earnestly safeguard the lives and property safety of the masses to provide strong security for the sustained and healthy economic and social development, ensure the steady improvement of the city's safety production situation, and create a harmonious and stable social environment for the 19th National Congress.

Liu Zhiren stressed to always keep awake and establish the red line consciousness of safety production. We should establish the "red line" consciousness and "bottom line" thinking of safety production, always maintain a sense of urgency, always keep a clear mind, further increase the intensity of work, learn by analogy, learn from the pain, learn the lesson from blood and life, and solidly promote the safety work to comprehensively enhance the overall level of safety production, and resolutely safeguard the people's lives and property safety.

Liu Zhiren stressed to be based on the prevention firstly, vigorously promote the implement of "three actions", crack down on illegal activities, constantly enhance the supervision ability of grassroots, effectively enhance the safety awareness of the people, highlight the monitoring and early warning, and build a solid line of safety production. All relevant departments at all levels must be aimed at the current high incidence situation and seasonal characteristics of safety production, closely pegged to the various sources, firmly grasp all aspects, and comprehensively investigate the various types of security risks, to prevent all types of accidents.
