On July 22, the reporter learned from the "2017 China's happiness industry development seminar and the national science and technology sports base awarding ceremony" held by Chenzhou Siqing Lake Youth After-school Activities Center. The center was awarded the national Science and technology sports comprehensive base by Zhang Dong, who is Deputy Inspector of Sport Department of State Sport General Administration, and awarded the China development network publicity demonstration base by Hu Yuelong, who is the President of China Economic Herald Agency and the President of Chinese Development Network.

At the seminar, the participating experts, scholars and leading guests expressed their several opinions around the vigorous development situation of happiness and healthy industry, and sent word of the Siqing Lake youth activities center to seize the opportunity and create a better performance.

Jiang Xiaoyu, Deputy Director of the 11th CPPCC National Committee for education, science and culture, Vice President of Beijing Olympic City Development Association and the former Executive Vice Chairman of Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee, made a speech on the "new concept of Olympic city and urban development" at the meeting; Zhang Dong, Deputy Inspector of Sport Department of State Sport General, made a speech on the "mass sports and national fitness campaign". The leaders and experts from the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Education, Capital Normal University and China Development Network attended the meeting.

Siqing Lake Youth After-chool Activities Center was established in 2015, the cumulative investment of 43 million yuan, including more than 8,000 square meters of teaching buildings, large outdoor soccer field, basketball courts, badminton hall, table tennis room, meteorological observation station, runoff observation field of soil and water conservation and other basic activities facilities.

There are 7 categories of more than 80 youth extracurricular activities, including the fire escape, moot court, emergency rescue, lifesaving knot, electronic hunt, directional treasure hunt, model experience, air force wing, aerial model, sailing model, live CS laser simulation gun field, pottery, mask painting, farm experience and so on.

In the past 3 years, 160 thousand teachers and students have been received. It was awarded the "Chenzhou Youth After-school Activities Center" on August 2016. The 2017 national navigation model and 13th national sports model referee training course, and the model sailing contest of the 13th National Games were held here in May this year.
