On July 24, Deputy Party Secretary Chen Xuechu hosted the first half of the work scheduling meeting of agricultural system.

Chen Xuechu fully affirmed the work of the city's agricultural system in the first half of the year and made the recommendations and requirements for the work of the second half of the year. Chen Xuechu stressed that we should ensure the completion of the annual target according with the government work report and the work plan for all departments at the beginning of the year; should adhere to high standards, and put innovation, coordination, green, open, shared development concept into the whole process of work plan, planning formulation and implementation; should develop accurate and fine work habits, and carry forward the spirit of nails to ensure the settled things to be implemented well; should do the "three rural" work with emotion; should administrate according to law, strictly regulate the fair and civilized law enforcement, and build "the rule of agriculture"; should strengthen the consciousness of serving the overall situation and development, and adhere to the strategy of "innovation lead, open and rise" and "industry-led, comprehensive development"; should promote the "two learn and one do" learning education normalization and institutionalization, strengthen the team building, clean government and work style, and always be loyal and clean. In the project arrangements and the allocation and use of funds, we should strictly abide by the relevant provisions to ensure accurate project arrangement, accurate use of funds and real benefits.

Vice Mayor Chen Rongwei attended the meeting and pointed out that the "three rural" work can only be strengthened, but cannot be relaxed. We should focus on the work and make overall plans in the second half of the year, and pay more attention to the development of modern agriculture, the creation of agricultural brands, beautiful rural construction, rural comprehensive reform, and "three rural" public safety. "Three rural" work needs to be undertaken, but also needs an honest and clean government. The cadres of agricultural system should change the work style, strengthen the responsibility, and always put the "accountability" into the work.

At the meeting, the responsible person of agricultural system units in whole city reported on the work of the first half and the arrangement of the second half.
