E-commerce + Poverty Alleviation + Underwriting Model Starts in Zixing

On July 22, the "targeted precision poverty + E-commerce + Shentong Express (STO) Dongjiang pear promotion" was held in Daanying ancient residence of Zhoumensi Town. The local pear farmers, STO, Alibaba rural Taobao (Litian E-commerce), Zixing Juxiangwei E-commerce Co., Ltd and many other E-commerce enterprises reached cooperation and signed.

 

At the event site, the delicious Dongjiang pear and rich humanistic atmosphere of Daanying ancient residence attracted so many people in the promotion. According to the organizers, Dongjiang pear online turnover has exceeded 5000 kg in less than a day since Dongjiang pear was sold online on 21st.

 

Zhoumensi Town with the reputation of "Pear Township in south land, general hometown", located in the north side of Bamian Mountain, an average altitude of more than 600 meters, large temperature difference between day and night, with loose and fertile soil and pollution-free environment, has the geographical and ecological advantages of producing the pollution-free and high-quality pears. After many years of efforts, the town has standardized and built up cooperatives, registered unified trademarks, integrated quality Dongjiang pear resources, and actively opened up the market to make Dongjiang pear industry to quickly improve quality and efficiency. The planting area of Dongjiang pear in whole town is 8000 mu. Through the identification of agricultural experts, the sugar content of Dongjiang pear is as high as 12%, 90% of juice percentage and they are delicious and pollution-free pears without pesticide residues.
It was reported that Zhoumensi Town has most poor villages and largest poverty population in Zixing City, because they do not have good sales channels to sell good agricultural products. In recent years, the town vigorously developed the construction of industrial bases in poor villages, vigorously encouraged farmers to plant Dongjiang pear but also to carry out the New Year's shopping festival, spring outing in pear sea, Mountain Procypris Merus aquaculture demonstration bases and other activities, and actively explored new characteristic agriculture industry to increase the income of poor households and help the poor families to get rid of poverty.
