Chen Xuechu summed up the implementation of the "1+9" document and stressed that the departments should carefully sort out with duties and implement the existing policies; should set up the institutional departments in the park, take into account the overall situation, take the initiative to enhance service awareness and improve service efficiency. The City Park Office should make the overall, coordination, evaluation and summary of the work, improve the level of planning, and grasp the implementation level.
