On July 24, the phase-2 project of the Xinsenhuo Flower Sea Resort in Longtan of Jiahe County, total investment of more than 200 million, was under construction. After the project completion, the beautiful agricultural sightseeing garden, distinctive Nordic style town, romantic valentine slope, etc., will become the new places for Jiahe and the surrounding tourists. It was understood that the Xinsenhuo Flower Sea Resort is a model of rural complex in Jiahe County.

Jiahe County is one of the four urban and rural demonstration counties in Hunan Province. In recent years, the county took the urban and rural integration as an opportunity to clear the goal of "building one capital, two cities and three places, construction of landscape garden in Jiahe", wrote the "rural complex" into the government work report, and put forward the "six change" practice approach of "changing road into street, field into manor, water into paradise, barren hills into forest, village committee into community, villagers into citizens". The county also combined with the industrial development, terrain characteristics, customs and cultural characteristics of 10 townships, adhered to the mixing development, comprehensive planning and high standard design, actively guided and encouraged the township and village community to create the "One town one product" and "One village one characteristic", and focused on creating Jinping Town and Puman Town into the modern agriculture tourism areas, Longtan Town, Guangfa Town and Shiqiao Town into the leisure tourism areas, and Zhuquan Town, Tangcun Town and Xinglang Town into the models of small towns construction to built the unique and different styles of "rural complex".

Through the vigorous implementation of the "rural complex" which is the new model of characteristic and beautiful rural construction, the county achieved the "beautiful scenery, prosperous village and rich people". The Yinxi Village in Zhuquan Town relying on the advantages of adjacent counties, vigorously implemented the village renovation, planned the Yinxi community, built the beautiful Chungling River scenery belt, newly built more than 200 new houses, planned to build more than 50 sets of villas, and established kindergartens, health rooms, villagers centers, street squares and so on with high standards through unified planning and layout. Leigongjing Village in Jinping Town relied on the conserved millennium ancient village, strong farming culture and married song culture to create cultural tourism. At the same time, the village set up a high-quality rice cultivation professional cooperatives, more than 1000 mu of land circulation, and vigorously developed modern tourism agriculture and "colorful rice fields" to form a unique "a day trip of Leigongjing ancient village culture", which not only greatly increased the income of the villagers, but also provided better conditions for the villagers to develop the third industry because of tourists coming in every day.
