In the morning of October 23rd, in order to further study the report and deeply understand the spirit of 19th National Congress, the Municipal Government held a seminar on studying the spirit of the 19th National Congress.

The seminar deeply studied the new ideas and missions of the Chinese Communist Party, Chinese socialism entering the new era, changes in the major social contradictions and other 40 new concepts and measures put forward in the report of 19th National Congress.

The seminar required that all cadres and workers should take the spirit of 19th National Congress as a guide, encourage and inspire, hold together and sprint to earnestly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress; should fully fulfill the duties of the government with higher level, more efficiency and better quality to complete the annual target; should actively coordinate, innovate, strive for excellence and plan next year's working thought to be a vanguard of municipal government system.

All cadres and workers of Municipal Government, the Municipal Government Affairs Office, the E-government Information Center, and the members of the Government Affairs Center attended the study seminar.
