In October 31st, Municipal Standing Committee and Minister of Committee Organization Department Jiang Bo investigated and guided the Party building work in urban grassroots in the Beihu Street Communities. Jiang Bo stressed that we should further study, publicize and implement the 19th National Congress spirit, focus on enhancing the organizational capacity and highlight political functions to enhance the overall level of party building work in urban grassroots.

Jiang Bo and his entourage came to the Fuquan community in Xiameiqiao Street and Guimenling community in Beihu Street to inspect the community convenient service hall, party activity rooms, entertainment center and other sites, understand in detail about the grass-roots party building, volunteer service, cultural construction, grid management and so on, exchange with community residents and staff and carefully ask the community work force, equipment, treatment and so on.

Jiang Bo stressed that we should further study, publicize and implement the 19th National Congress spirit as the primary political task at present, focus on enhancing the organizational capacity, highlight the political functions, chose the strong community "two committees", and strive to build the party organizations in the streets into the strong battle fortress to publicize the party's ideas, implement the party's decision, lead the grassroots governance, unite and mobilize the masses, and promote the reform and development; should improve the hardware and software construction of communities, strive to build the professional community worker teams, play the leading role of Party members in volunteer service, arouse the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community construction, and strive to build the communities into the beautiful, comfortable and harmonious homes.
