On November 3rd, Deputy Secretary-general of the Provincial Government Luo Jianjun scheduled the preparations of the 8th Conference of Hunan Entrepreneurs and the 5th Hunan Fair for Investment and Trade in Chenzhou City.

Luo Jianjun and his party came to the City Sports Center Basketball Hall, which is the opening ceremony venue of the conference, to inspect the equipment and facilities of the venue, and carefully understand the design layout of the opening ceremony. Then, Luo Jianjun also came to Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center and the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royal Hotel to learn about the booth layout, venue arrangements, reception meal and other preparatory work.

At the scheduling meeting, Luo Jianjun said that Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal government attached great importance to the holding of the 8th Conference of Hunan Entrepreneurs and the 5th Hunan Fair for Investment and Trade, and done a lot of preparatory work. On the next phase of work, Luo Jianjun pointed out that we should make preparations carefully, make a list of questions, do a good job of inviting guests, businessmen, professional buyers and so on, and implement the contract projects; should make the venue layout be lofty, dignified and commercial; should do all the cohesion work, establish a unified command mechanism, and decompose and implement the preparatory tasks; should do a good job of reception program, and publicize and report in all directions to create a strong atmosphere for the conference; should do a good job of logistical support, ensure the fire safety of venue and hotel, and food safety, and ensure the communication and medical security work to ensure the safe and orderly operation of the conference.
