On November 2nd, the experience exchange meeting on the national grassroots health information construction and rural doctor team construction was held in Zunyi City Guizhou Province. The "family doctor" experience in Chenzhou was promoted at the meeting to become a national model sample.

On November 3rd, the reporter learned from the Municipal Family Planning Commission that our city has comprehensively carried out the family doctor contract service and achieved good results since August this year, which was the first city in China to sign millions of people through the contract service platform of Chinese family doctors. As of October 26th, 1,305,822 people have signed in the Chinese family doctor contract service platform, the signing coverage of 27.61%.

The family doctor contract service is a new work and Party committees at all levels and the government in our city attached great importance to and grasped it as a major livelihood event. In the city's hygiene and health, and family planning work conference held in March this year, Yi Pengfei, Party Secretary and Director of Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee stressed: "We should establish and improve the family doctor contract service system to let the people get more considerate medical services", and required to carry out the family doctor contract service with informatization as the support.

In August this year, the departments in our city jointly issued the "Implementation plan on accelerating to promote the family doctor contract service in Chenzhou", and cleared the service subject and service content, payment mechanism, medical services preferential policies for medical insurance, performance incentive mechanism, transfixion mechanism and technology support to accelerate the effective signing of contract services.

At present, there are 255 township health centers and community health service centers settled in the Chinese family doctor contract service platform in the whole city, and 1859 family doctor contract service teams with the model of "1+N+1" composed of family doctors, contract assistants, preceptors and so on.
