In the morning of November 5th, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren led the responsible person of finance, urban management, gardens and other municipal departments to investigate the landscaping work in urban area. Liu Zhiren stressed that we should do a good job of landscaping quality improvement work, promote the improvement of urban landscaping quality, improve the taste and quality of city construction and enhance people's sense of happiness, gain and satisfaction.

Liu Zhiren and his entourage came to the Shiliuwan Ecological Park, Chenzhou entrance and exit of G4 expressway, Nanta Park, Chenzhou Hotel Garden and Beihu Park to carefully check the landscaping situation, understand in detail about the progress of landscaping quality improvement work, put forward specific opinions according to the maintenance, management and landscape tree breeding work of the parks, and require the relevant responsible units to immediately implement the responsibility and proceed with rectification.

In the investigation, Liu Zhiren pointed out that doing well landscaping work is of great significance to beautify the urban environment, accelerate the construction of ecological civilization and improve the quality of people's life. The departments at all levels should conscientiously implement the 19th National Congress spirit, adhere to the development thought of taking people as the center, improve the accurate level and comprehensively consider the green landscape effect and practical functions to reflect the sense of color and hierarchy of landscape, and improve the overall greening and beautifying quality; should further improve the quality of landscape and strive for high standard planning and high starting point construction on the premise of guaranteeing quality; should strengthen the management and maintenance of the landscape garden, and focus on garden fire prevention to provide safe and convenient garden experience for tourists; should further focus on the details and strengthen environmental sanitation cleaning work to create a clean garden environment.

Liu Zhiren required that we should further improve the theme parks, further explore the history and culture of parks, strengthen the daily management work and perfect the living facilities of the parks to provide the leisure and recreation places for the common people; should take effective measures and create the boutique theme parks to enhance the city's vitality and vigor; should play the role of the theme parks and actively spread the socialist core values to make people get all kinds of knowledge in the parks; should plan and design art works, and improve the quality of parks to build fine art parks.
