In the evening of November 4th, the Hunan Opera "Zhao Zilong Takes Guiyang by Tactics" carefully created by Guiyang Hunan Opera Heritage Protection Center, was invited to attend the 4th Liuyang Ouyang Yuqian Arts Festival and the outstanding plays performance activities of Hunan grassroots groups in 2017.

It was reported that Liuyang City has successfully held Ouyang Yuqian Arts Festival for three consecutive years from 2014 to 2016. The 4th Arts Festival and the outstanding plays performance activities of Hunan grassroots groups in 2017 were held at the same time. "Zhao Zilong Takes Guiyang by Tactics" as the province's outstanding play was invited to this exhibition. After the performance, Zou Shiyi, Former Director of Hunan Arts Research Institute and the national first-class screenwriters said:"The show is very exciting and the story, choreography and singing are very good. It can be seen that Guiyang Hunan Opera Troupe is really creating for art and the local government attaches importance to literature and art work at the same time from the performance of "Zhao Zilong Takes Guiyang by Tactics".

Director of Guiyang Hunan Opera Heritage Protection Center Xie Nengjiao said that "Zhao Zilong Takes Guiyang by Tactics" was selected as the province's outstanding play of Hunan grassroots groups, which was affirmed by the Provincial Cultural Department. We will redouble our efforts to show the Guiyang culture and spirit to more audiences in the future.

"Zhao Zilong Takes Guiyang by Tactics" as the outstanding play in 2015 won the Tianhan prize award for new plays, Tianhan director award, Tianhan choreography award, Tianhan performance award and other 6 awards of the 5th Hunan Arts Festival and participated in the activities of "Hunan Opera show in Beijing" as the only play created by the county-level troupe in 2016. In September this year, the opera film with the same name adapted from the play was released successfully, the play adapted from the eponymous Opera movie successful release, attracting widespread concern in the opera field.
