On November 8th, Changsha customs party member and Deputy Director Jiang Kui and his entourage investigated on the development of Chenzhou's open economy in Chenzhou.

Jiang Kui and his entourage went Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone, location of cross border E-commerce and other place to understand in detail about the customs work in Chenzhou. According to statistics, the city's total export-import volume hit $2.545 billion, an increase of 88.14% from January to September this year. Among them, the total import and export of processing trade hit $1.667 billion, an increase of 102.9%; the actual utilization of foreign capital in the city was $1.262 billion, an increase of 9.6%; the city's total actual capital was 39.570 billion yuan, an increase of 15.36%. The main economic indicators have achieved high growth on a high base and high quality in high increments, and the opening economy of the city ranked first in the whole province.

Jiang Kui gave full affirmation to Chenzhou's open economy work and said that he would continue to support the development of Chenzhou's foreign trade and help Chenzhou to further enhance the level of opening up; hoped that Chenzhou could actively use the advantages of location, transportation and other resources to speed up the construction of cross-border E-commerce, strengthen port management and optimize the customs clearance process to further improve the port carrying capacity at the same time.
