On the afternoon of November 10th, as one of the series activities of the 2017 China (Hunan) Red Tourism Cultural Festival, Rucheng County officially launched the Rucheng social poverty alleviation service center and Rucheng regional characteristic brand incubation base.

Through the social poverty alleviation service center, Rucheng County organized 22131 poor households in the county to register the social poverty alleviation network APP and release the poverty alleviation demand, and mobilized all social caring people to register the APP and pay attention to the demand to implement the "Online + Offline" targeted poverty alleviation. At the same time, the county promoted the enterprises to cooperate with villages and introduced a number of caring companies to help poor villages and households to sell, package, incubate and upgrade agricultural products.

Rucheng County and Shenzhen TV jointly opened the Rucheng poverty alleviation channel, which will focus on the 7 major programs with the theme of poverty alleviation, a total of 14 programs. They also built the E platform and used the "Win in Shenzhen" column of Shenzhen TV, E-commerce platform and other platforms to launch the regional brands of agricultural products in Rucheng. At the same time, Rucheng County established the Rucheng regional characteristic brand incubation base with the poverty alleviation channel as the platform. At present, 7 E-commerce enterprises, 11 regional agricultural products dealers, 23 farmer specialized cooperatives and 1023 households have been settled to help the agricultural products marketing, brand incubator, etc.

Municipal Standing Committee and Vice Mayor Pang Tao said at the launching ceremony that the Rucheng social poverty alleviation service center and Rucheng regional characteristic brand incubation base were important measures to gather social forces and promote poverty alleviation in Rucheng County. In future, the city departments at all levels should innovate the participation mechanism of social poverty alleviation, mobilize social forces to participate in poverty alleviation and go all out to win the battle to get rid of poverty.
