Since the beginning of this year, Yongxing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has highlighted the characteristics of the county economy, insisted on taking the county vocational education center as the leading factor and other relevant training institutions as a supplement, combined vocational skills training with economic development and industrial structure adjustment, and vigorously carried out the labor vocational skills training of "ordering" and "docking".

The rural skills vocational training has combined with the needs of enterprises by actively carrying out the vocational training in villages and towns, enterprises and schools and other activities. On the one hand, the county has signed the cooperation agreements between schools and enterprises with Jingxun Optoelectronics, Jinrun Manufacturing, Chen Dian International, Yincheng Holiday, Rongyu International and other major manufacturing processing service enterprises. On the other hand, the county has interacted with senior middle schools and organized vocational skills training for students who have not been able to continue their studies at the top three years after graduation.

After finishing their studies, the students has directly entered into the agreement enterprises and been recommended to the recruitment units. A large number of labor service adaptable talents have been transported into the economically developed Pearl River Delta or the Yangtze River Delta Region to improve the employment skills and employment rate of trainees, and meet the needs of enterprises. By the end of this year, 1770 people have completed the vocational training and 176 people have completed the entrepreneurship training, offering more than 12000 jobs, and reaching employment intention and obtaining more than 1800 jobs with 83.8% of labor employment rate.
