On December 28th, our city signed an investment and development framework agreement with Country Garden Group and Hunan Five Rings Sports Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. (HNFRSID). Country Garden Group and HNFRSID will invest 10 billion yuan to build the Longnv healthy tourist characteristic town. Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren, Hunan Regional Vice President of Country Garden Group Li Xiaoping and General Manager of HNFRSID Wu Xinshao attended the signing ceremony.

Country Garden Group is the world's top 500 enterprises, covering real estate development, medical care, education, health and so on, and owning education, health care and other industries. HNFRSID, as the sole venue investment construction and operation management group in Hunan, has become a backbone force to promote the development and innovation of the domestic sports industry, and been committed to becoming China's leading investment operator in small and medium-sized sports venues. According to the agreement, the Country Garden Group and HNFRSID will build the Longnv healthy tourist characteristic town in Beihu District. After the completion, the project will be an education, tourism, sports, recreation, culture, live in one of the characteristic town.

Liu Zhiren said that Chenzhou has a unique advantage in the development of the health care industry. He hoped that Country Garden Group and HNFRSID could work hard, speed up the progress and top design, and promote with high quality and efficiency according with the agreement to make the Longnv healthy tourist characteristic town become the benchmark of the industry. Chenzhou will also fully support the project construction, and provide strong support in planning, administrative licensing, land expropriation and demolition, and later operation management. He hoped that the two sides could speed up the advance work, start work at an early date, build it at an early date and achieve early results under the joint efforts of both sides.

Li Xiaoping said that the Country Garden Group had confidence in the construction of healthy tourist characteristic town, and believed that the group will become the benchmark of the industry and the most distinctive health tourism town in the central and southern region through the group's own industrial development ability and resources integration ability.

Wu Xinshao said that he was honored to cooperate with the Country Garden Group and jointly build the Longnv tourist characteristic town. He believed that the project will make due contribution to the economic and social development of Chenzhou with the strong support of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and municipal government, and the brand advantage of Country Garden Group.
