On December 29th, Executive Vice President of Henan Bonded Group Ma Ziqiang and his party visited Chenzhou City and signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Area Administration.

The strategic cooperation framework agreement aimed to further develop the location and policy advantages of Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Area, and jointly build the cross-border trade ecommerce industry park in Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Area relying on Henan Bonded Group's advanced experience in cross-border ecommerce operation and management; introduce the national cross-border ecommerce high-quality enterprises into the operation, transaction and settlement of the comprehensive bonded area, and promote the joint development of international trade, international logistics, third party logistics, post and express companies to form a new model of cluster development of cross-border ecommerce industry chain with Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Area as the core.

According to the agreement, the two sides will give full play to the respective advantages, integrate the resources, scientifically formulate the industrial development plan and carry out comprehensive cooperation in the operation and management of cross-border trade ecommerce industry park; introduce high-quality foreign trade enterprises to promote the development of an open economy of Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Area.

At the signing ceremony, Ma Ziqiang highly appraised Chenzhou's superior development advantage and favorable investment environment. He said that he was impressed by the fertile soil after a morning visit and hoped that the two places will carry out in-depth strategic cooperation at an early date and ensure the project implementation to jointly create a bright future for cross-border ecommerce.
