Yongxing Hesheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd cooperated with Central South University for years to develop to develop the "Directional melting technology of closed oxygen enriched negative pressure high efficiency melting furnace", which was approved the intermediate test by the Provincial Science and Technology Bureau in January 2015 and obtained the national invention patent in April.

The technology can efficiently treat and comprehensively recover the low-grade and complex slag produced by non-ferrous metal smelting, effectively solve the problems such as serious smoke and exhaust emission, low level of mechanization and automation, high labor intensity and so on, which exist in the traditional smelting system of blast furnace, with the advantages of wide raw material adaptability, high comprehensive recovery of valuable metals and so on; the Dongchen Non-ferrous Metal Recycling Co . , Ltd. in the county independently developed a "Technology of strengthening smelting of rare and precious secondary materials by closed oxygen-enriched side blowing" with the advantages of separately treating rare noble metal secondary resources, high metal recovery rate, large treatment capacity, low energy consumption, less pollutant discharge and so on. Through the active recommendation and professional review of legal intermediaries in the county, the above two technologies have been successfully included in "Recommended list of advanced and applicable technologies for clean production in key heavy metal industries".
