On the morning of January 10th, Rucheng County held the unveiling ceremony of the County Statistics Bureau. Huang Zhiwen, Deputy Secretary of County Committee and County Magistrate, and Deputy Magistrate Zhou Banghong attended the ceremony and jointly unveiled.

In accordance with the requirement that the State Statistical Bureau and provincial, municipal and county-level statistical offices must be set up independently, the county party committee and the county government decided to upgrade the statistics office to a government department and set up the Rucheng County Statistics Bureau, making a new stage in the development of statistics in our county. 

Huang Zhiwen pointed out that the official establishment of the County Statistical Bureau is a major event in the history of the development of statistics in our county, which has an important and far-reaching significance in deepening the reform of the statistical management system in our county and promoting the scientific development of the statistical cause. Huang Zhiwen stressed that the County Statistics Bureau should fully implement the 19th CPC National Congress spirit, be guided by Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, improve the political station, deeply understand the significance of the statistical work, and further enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of doing a good job in the statistical work; should promote statistical reform and strive to build statistical management system and operation mechanism in accordance with the actual situation in our county; should improve the service level and improve the statistical operation efficiency, the data quality and the service level; should strengthen basic work and build a strong political, professional, hard-working and first-class statistics team.
