On January 10th，the reporter saw in the Guiyang County Hunan Guangdong Home Intellectual Industry Park that the Churong Furniture Project was completed and put into production, Shenlong Material Decoration, Huasheng Furniture Manufacturing and other projects were progressing smoothly, and the site leveling of industrial park was completed.

On July 15th 2017, Hunan Guangdong Home Intellectual Industry Park was settled in Guiyang County, which is a provincial key project, and is the first industrial agglomeration park setting home product production, trade, logistics, display and scientific research in one, with planning area of 20,000 mu, the total investment of 20 billion yuan.

In order to speed up the construction of the park, the relevant departments in Guiyang County have set up a joint working group to speed up the construction of the water, electricity, roads and other infrastructure, also adopted door-to-door service, parallel examination and approval, etc., to make the project to land as soon as possible. So far 103 enterprises have signed an agreement to enter the park, with a signing fund of 16.5 billion yuan, in which 83 projects have selected the project site and 18 projects have started the construction.
