On the afternoon of January 15th, the four-day lecture and cadre training course of Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission and the Municipal Supervision Committee officially opened to train more than 200 cadres from the City Discipline Inspection Commission, Municipal Supervision Commission Organ, the discipline inspection team of City Discipline Inspection Commission and Inspection Office of the Municipal Committee.
The training aimed to further promote the pilot work on the state supervisory system reform, improve the construction of the municipal discipline inspection commission and municipal supervision committee cadre teams, enhance the sense of mission, responsibility and belongingness of the cadres, improve the political quality of the municipal discipline inspection commission and municipal supervision committee cadres and the ability of supervise discipline enforcement and review investigation, and build a loyal, clean and responsible team.
It was reported that the training was the first large-scale centralized training held since the establishment of the Municipal Monitoring Committee, which was the objective requirement to adapt to the new situation of comprehensive and strict administration of the party, the construction of a clean and honest party style and the struggle against corruption, the urgent need of pushing forward the pilot work of the national supervisory system reform in depth, and also a practical need to fulfill the duty of discipline inspection and supervision.
The training invited experts and scholars from the Provincial Discipline Commission and Municipal Party School, and the relevant comrades from Municipal Discipline Inspection Committee and Municipal Supervision Committee to give lectures to the participants, including the special guidance of the 19th CPC National Congress spirit and the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the interpretation of Party Constitution, Party regulations, Party discipline and related policies and regulations, supervision and discipline accountability, investigation of job crimes and other business knowledge training, covering all aspects of the discipline inspection and supervision.
