On the afternoon of January 16th, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren held talks with Zhang Renjun, Chairman of Shenzhen ZTE Technology Co., Ltd. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the construction of a intelligent city, the industrial development of big data, government services and so on, and reached agreement on related cooperation issues.

Shenzhen ZTE Technology Co., Ltd (ZTE) established in 2009, is a controlling subsidiary of ZTE focusing on smart city, which provides intelligent living services to citizens, businesses, and governments, and operates in the health care, education, tourism, big data and other fields. Liu Zhiren said that General Secretary Xi Jinping attached great importance to the construction of an intelligent city and the industrial development of big data, and all departments at all levels should unify their thinking with General Secretary Xi Jinping's requirements and the Provincial Party Committee's decision-making and arrangements, do a good job of top-level design, strengthen cooperation with enterprises and strive to build Zixing Big Data Industrial Park into a green database in South China.

Liu Zhiren pointed out that all departments at all levels should attach great importance to cooperation with ZTE and improve the cooperation efficiency; should continue to promote cooperation, find the starting point of cooperation, and focus on Zixing big data industrial park, Chenzhou city construction, government service, business operation, consultant and seeking support from the province; should cooperate in an all-round way, take the road of win-win cooperation, comprehensively improve the level of information construction in Chenzhou, and speed up the development of big data industry in Chenzhou. Chenzhou will support enterprises in terms of policies and funds and he hoped that ZTE will give full play to its own advantages, integrate resources and technologies, formulate work plans, set up working groups and clarify project responsibilities, obligations and time as soon as possible to accelerate the landing of the project.

Zhang Renjun said that Chenzhou has a clear geographical advantage and closes to the developed area with good development space. He hoped that Chenzhou will clarify bidding requirements as soon as possible, speed up the construction of cloud computing centers and establish a shared platform. ZTE will give full play to its technological, capability, experience and resource advantages and strengthen its docking with Chenzhou and make every effort to contribute to the construction of intelligent city and related industries in Chenzhou.
