On the morning of January 18th, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren held talks with Chen Jiansong, Party Secretary and President of China Guangfa Bank (CGB) Changsha Branch. The two sides exchanged views on matters related to the establishment of a business outlet in Chenzhou by CGB Changsha Branch.

Founded in 1988, China Guangfa Bank is the first joint-stock bank in China. Changsha Branch is a provincial branch set up by CGB in Hunan Province. CGB Changsha Branch has 24 business outlets in Changsha, Hengyang, Zhuzhou and other cities at present and planned to build the business outlets in Chenzhou this year.

Liu Zhiren gave a brief introduction to the economic and social development of Chenzhou. Liu Zhiren said that Chenzhou is carrying out the spirit of 19th CPC National Congress, comprehensively implementing the strategies of "leading innovation, opening up " and " Industry leading, all-round development", speeding up the transformation of non-ferrous metals industry, and vigorously developing ecological, cultural tourism, health industry, exhibition economy, graphite processing and other industries at present.
