Recently, Xiangnan International Logistics Park was named National Model Logistics Park in the evaluation of the second batch of demonstration logistics park organized by the National Development and Reform Commission, China Logistics and Purchasing Federation, becoming our province's second state-level demonstration logistics park.

On January 17th, the networked capture of "cross-border one lock" pass in the Xiangnan International Logistics Park displayed the license and weight of a China-Hongkong van truck from Shenzhen Huanggang Port in real time, and then the truck entered the International Express Supervision Center for clearance. It was understood that Chenzhou has more than 10,000 international express to pass through customs with the "cross-border one lock" system quickly.

"In November 2017, after the opening of the 'cross-border one lock' rapid customs clearance system in Xiangnan International Logistics Park, the whole transportation time of import and export goods is shortened by 4 hours compared with the past. The vehicles with Guangdong and Hong Kong licence plates really realize to set off in the morning and arrive in the evening, and the customs clearance process are simplified, cost savings of over 800 yuan per vehicle per single trip." Peng Hua, Deputy General Manager of Chenzhou Dengcheng Logistics Co., Ltd., said that the customs clearance between Chenzhou and Hong Kong and Guangdong was more efficient, the logistics cooperation was smoother and the cost of enterprise customs clearance has also been saved a lot after the opening of the "Cross-border one lock" rapid customs clearance system.

In recent years, the scale of Xiangnan International Logistics Park has been growing, and 5 functional areas have been built, such as highway port area, non-ferrous metal logistics area, iron-sea combined transport area (railway port), trading market area and bonded logistics area. The park focused on the establishment of the road-sea transport, sea-railway transport, road-railway transport and other comprehensive three-dimensional port opening system through two major one-stop rapid customs opening platforms of Chenzhou highway port and railway port. The park connects with Changsha Hunan-Europe express line to the north and opens five fixed trains to the Huangpu port in Guangzhou, with the international express center, Hong Kong and Macao through train cargo distribution center, the cargo transportation strategic loading point of Guangzhou Railway Group with an annual throughput of 11 million tons, cross-border e-commerce center, designated inspection grounds for imported meat and other platforms, which is the real international "inland port" in our province.
