On February 6th, Chenzhou City and China Optimum Alliance held the forum to discuss the construction of a new energy vehicle town in Chenzhou. Yi Pengfei, Municipal Party Secretary and Chairman of Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, stressed that we should make every effort to provide service, adhere to win-win cooperation and base on solving specific problems to ensure the early landing and early effect of the project. Chenzhou new energy vehicle town project is a special town built by China Optimum Alliance on the basis of new energy vehicle industry, which integrates the smart building, trade, tourism, culture, exhibition, research and development, service and so on, 3500 mu of core development area with a total investment of 20 billion yuan, including 15 billion yuan of industry investment. The new energy vehicles and core components whole industry chain project was introduced with about 30 enterprises entering. The project will bring the annual output value of more than 30 billion yuan and the tax revenue of 10 to 1.5 billion yuan after completion.

Yi Pengfei pointed out that Chenzhou has vigorously implemented the strategy of "Industry leading, all-round development", made every effort to develop the industry, strengthen the entity, improve the quality and increase the effectiveness and worked on the industry, parks, investment, enterprises, projects and implementation in recent years. He said that the advantages of opening, location, resources and investment in Chenzhou were becoming more and more obvious and warmly welcomed China Optimum Alliance and Hunan Hengrun Automobile Co., Ltd to invest and start their business in Chenzhou. At present, China Optimum Alliance has made a smooth process in Chenzhou with good achievement.

Yi Pengfei stressed that the departments at all levels of the city should do their best to provide service to make investors in Chenzhou have the hope and make profit; should speed up the reform of government affairs service and improve the efficiency of government administration to provide efficient and convenient service for enterprises.

Yi Pengfei stressed to persist in win-win cooperation. The government should increase tax revenue and fiscal revenue, and the investors should have profits and returns; Chenzhou should insist on giving maximum support for projects in terms of policies, funds, services, etc.; the enterprises should give full play to resources, industry, capital, technology and other advantages to serve the economic and social development of Chenzhou.
