It was forecasted that two more light rain would be processed on day time of February 20th -22nd and night time of 23rd – day time of 24th. Medium rain would be poured in east Hunan Province on night time of 20th – day time of 21st. The temperature would drop to 7℃ the high, and 2-3℃ the low in the morning of 23rd.
