It was reported that a cooperation meeting between Chenzhou City and China Aerospace Construction Group was held on February 23, 2018. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City, and Li Zhiguo, General Manager of China Aerospace Construction Group, shared their ideas on smart gallery, industrial development, and etc.

China Aerospace Construction Group was set up in 1965, mainly on businesses of consultant, design, survey, and construction concerned about aerospace industry. In recent years, apart from some aerospace projects industry, the Group explored services on civilian market, including aerospace, chemical engineering, civil aviation, municipal administration, construction material, and etc.

Liu Zhiren said Chenzhou City is with extinguish advantages on resource, transportation, opening up, ecology, and other aspects, while the group is favored on technological innovation, industrial development, and etc. So, there are great potentials for the cooperation between two parties. Currently, Chenzhou City is fully implementing the spirit of 19th National People’s Congress, carrying the strategy of “guiding by innovation, rising up by opening” and “leading by industry, keeping overall development”, improving the development of industrial transformation and “Five- Chenzhou”, and achieving “high quality, high efficiency” development.

Liu stated that it is a win-win cooperation of working with the group. Both two parties should have comprehensive connection on projects construction, industrial development, investment of talents, and etc. Chenzhou City would provide all-around service supports on settling projects, as well as the supports and services for the companies’ investments on relative projects. Smart gallery project should be further improved with unified plan, design, promotion, operation, management, and relative policies, granting higher level quality of the city and happiness of local people. More efforts should be placed on industrial development, especially on smart manufacturing and modern economic system, aiming on higher level economic and social development of Chenzhou City and win-win development between two parties.

Li Zhiguo said the group would play its advantages on talent, resource, scientific study, and etc., and try to promote Chenzhou City’s improvement on smart city, smart gallery, environmental protection, ecological civilization, and etc. via combining aerospace technology with local construction, and leading by industries.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou City - Li Wuyi and Li Liming and General Secretary of Chenzhou Government – Huang Zesheng attended the meeting.
