Chen Fei – Vice-Governor of Hunan Province investigated Chenzhou City’s work on undertaking industrial transfer recently. Chen stated all departments should keep studying the spirit of 19th National People’s Congress; should well implement Chairman Xi Jinping’s instructions listed for Hunan Province; and should try to achieve high quality development by seizing the chances, upgrading development level, and extending development space. Liu Zhiren- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City accompanied Chen with this investigation trip.

After listening to Chenzhou City’s working report, Chen Fei required that all departments should further study and comprehend the spirit of 19th National People’s Congress; should understand the connotation of Chairman Xi jinping’s idea of new era socialism with Chinese characteristics; and should commit Xi’s new positioning and requirement on Hunan Province concerned for the “One Transitional Zone, One Junction”.

On his investigation trip to Chenzhou High-tech Zone, Zixing City, Yongxing County, and Yongxing County, Chen Fei said Chenzhou City should pay more efforts on investment attraction, innovative cooperation, and undertaking industrial transfer, especially on innovation of technology, industry, enterprise, product, and market and cultivation of emerging industries with core competitiveness. He also required that new technology, new industry, new type of business, and new model should be further improved, forging innovative economy system, cultivating new development driving force, and extending new development space. Furthermore, Chenzhou City should seize the chance of improvement of transitional zone listed on “One Transitional Zone, One Junction” and reach high quality development via collecting more resource elements and forging modern industrial system.
