On March 1st, Liu Zhiwei, Municipal Standing Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Law, led the team to the Chenzhou West Railway Station for field investigation, and organized a coordination meeting on traffic order management.

Liu Zhiwei and his party inspected the construction of road traffic related facilities in front square, station entrance and exit, surrounding parking lot and high-speed railway station area, and got a detailed understanding of the current traffic order. Due to the unreasonable planning and design and the incomplete peripheral facilities of the West Railway Station, the peak passenger flow often causes chaos in the order of the West Railway Station and the slow passage of the vehicles.

At the meeting, the traffic police department combined with the characteristics of the main sections of station, and put forward the concrete optimization plan for the traffic organization. Then, combining with their own functions, the departments discussed the optimization scheme of traffic organization and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions.

The meeting requested that we should further optimize the vehicles management to ensure that the incoming and outgoing vehicles are separated from each other; should start the export construction of Zenghu Road immediately and complete the construction within 3 months; should further improve the entrance guide signs and optimize the sidewalk design, implementing the separation of man and vehicle; should further increase the personnel input and do a good job of traffic organization to ensure smooth and fast traffic.
