In March, the tulip flowers bloom. Just after the Spring Festival, the 450,000 tulip flowers in the "Ziwei World" ecological scenic spot of Linwu County were in blossom, showing a colorful and flourish spring, attracting nearly 1,000 people to enjoy every day.

Ziwei World Project is a beautiful rural ecotourism project in Linwu County, which cost 130 million yuan in 2017. On August of the same year, the Autumn Beautiful Rural Tourism Cultural Festival and Linwu Lagerstroemia Flower Festival were successfully held in Chenzhou City. This year, the project will continue to focus on the lagerstroemia flowers, creating the four seasons flower sea, striving to make the beautiful countryside look new and benefit the local people for a long time through its characteristics and ecological landscape.
