On March 4th, the author learned from the Propaganda Department of Yizhang County Party Committee that the selection results of "Touching China, Touching Hunan" in 2017 were finally announced and the Yizhang Good Person Association was awarded the "Top 10 of Touching Hunan" in 2017, ranking third.

It was reported that Yizhang Good Person Association stood out from 1100 auditions and 64 candidates (including groups) and won the award of the "Top 10 of Touching Hunan" in 2017. 

"From helping a person to helping a group, from nurturing a good person to driving a group of good persons, and from leading the good of the community to build the moral style of the whole city of morality and kindness, Yizhang Good Person Association let a group of good persons really become the 'living textbooks’ to practice the socialist core values". This was the award speech of Hunan selection Committee of "Touching China, Touching Hunan" to Yizhang Good Person Association.

Since its establishment for more than a year, Yizhang Good Person Association with more than 6,000 members has developed 7 township sub-associations, received more than 500 people in need of help, arranged more than 140 conflicts and disputes, helped the disabled find employment for more than 1200 people and initiated 15 public welfare activities. At the same time, Yizhang Good Person Association took the initiative to take part in overcoming poverty in Yizhang, and helped 731 poor families in 4 villages and towns, nearly 3000 people, with remarkable results.
