It was reported that Anren County has offered free training to the vast number of rural women who are willing to work as babysitters since 2016. So far, the county has held more than 10 sessions and helped nearly 1000 staff members to obtain the "nursery certificates" and more than 400 women from poor families to be employed successfully at home to speed up the pace of poverty alleviation.
