At 8:00 pm of March 8th, Chenzhou City held the most Beautiful Women Awards in 2018 to celebrate the International Women' Day. Yi Pengfei, Municipal Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, attended and delivered a speech.

The awards ceremony started the song and dance of "Spring Blossoms". At the awards ceremony, 10 special feature films of Tan Jihong, Lin Xuehua, Li Chunzhi, Luo Yulian, Shi Yiting, Zhang Xiujuan, Gu Gengxiu, Xu Shiying, Li Fuzhen, Feng Yalin and other "most beautiful women" were shown and presented the awards for them, whose touching deeds in the feature films made the audience feel moved.

Yi Pengfei hoped that the "most beautiful women" who have been commended will cherish their honors, continue to play an exemplary and leading role in their respective fields, and lead the city's vast numbers of women to highlight new circumstances and realize new achievements in promoting the high-quality development of Chenzhou. The majority of women in the city should follow the examples of "the most beautiful women", and carry forward the spirit, show off the demeanor and contribute to the strength of women in the course of building "five Chenzhou".

Yi Pengfei pointed out that the party committees at all levels should further strengthen and improve the party's leadership over women's work, and create a strong atmosphere of respecting women's status, caring for women's cause, and supporting women's work in the city.
