The Reading Party in Spring, sponsored by the Chenzhou Development and Reform Commission and Chenzhou Forestry Bureau, was held in Nanling Botanical Garden. Tang Anjie, Party Member and Chief Economist of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Peng Qingzhong, Party Member and Deputy Director of the Municipal Forestry Bureau, Chen Xiaoyong, Chief of Two-oriented Section of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Chen Fangping, Chief of Forest Farm Department of Municipal Forestry Bureau, He Caisheng, Director of the Municipal Forestry Bureau and other related leaders attended the event.

More than 300 volunteers participated in the event. Everyone sang poetry and dance with the theme of the Spring and planted the small flower seedlings in the family as the unit. All the citizens who participated in and watched the activities said that the activities were very meaningful and hoped that more people could take part in to contribute to the construction of the Two-oriented Society and development of Chenzhou City.
