On March 9th, 2018, the on-site evaluation meeting of Hunan province agricultural comprehensive development superiority characteristic industry park project in 2018 was held in Changsha City. It was reported that the individual characteristic industrial park project was arranged the financial fund of about 10 million yuan, and implemented the subsidy method of "building first and then subsidizing" to support our province's oil tea, tea, fruit, livestock, poultry, aquatic products, vegetables, Chinese medicinal materials, bamboo industry and other superiority characteristic industry, which were the important measures to carry out the strategy of rural rejuvenation, speed up the agriculture supply-side structural reform in our province, cultivate the new kinetic energy of agricultural rural development, promote farmers' income, increase agricultural efficiency, and drive the agriculture development with advantages and characteristics in the whole Province. Because of the obvious advantages, complete industrial chain and outstanding social and economic benefits, Zixing Dongjiang Fish superiority industrial park project has been successfully shortlisted for project evaluation.

During the 13th Five-Year Plan, Zixing City planned to add 506 million yuan to Dongjiang Fish superiority industrial park to ensure the smooth implementation of the park construction tasks, including 110 million yuan of departmental integration funds and agri-related project funds, 100 million yuan of government industrial funds and budget funds, and 296 million yuan of multiple investment and social capital investment. Through five years' development, Dongjiang Fish superiority characteristic industry park will be built into a wise fishery industry park with "obvious advantages, agglomeration of elements and leading technology" to achieve four unity of "quality, standards, packaging and brand". By 2022, the annual output value will have exceeded 1.5 billion yuan, driving 10,000 farmers with an average annual income of 10,000 yuan, adding 2, 000 new jobs and absorbing 500 employment of targeted poverty alleviation targets.
