On March 15th, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren, attending the National "Two sessions" in Beijing, took advantage of the meeting break to dock with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Land and Resources on related issues of the China (Hunan) International Mineral and Gem Show (CMGS) and Poverty Alleviation, and discuss with some representatives of entrepreneurs on the countermeasures and measures of Chenzhou's Development to win more support and increase the momentum of development.

In the Ministry of Finance, Liu Zhiren said thanks to the Ministry of Finance leaders for the support to Chenzhou. At present, Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government are implementing the new concept of development, carrying out the strategies of "Innovation leading, opening up and rising" and "Industry leading and all-round development", and accelerating industrial restructuring and upgrading to promote the development of high quality. He hoped the Ministry of Finance as in the past to support Chenzhou's poverty alleviation work, people's livelihood work, resolve the government debt and so on.

In the Ministry of Land and Resources, Liu Zhiren briefly reported on the achievements of the 5th CMGS and the implementation of the land increase and decrease linkage project. Liu Zhiren thanked to the leaders of the Ministry of Land and Resources for their support and help in the land and resources management in Chenzhou and hoped that the leaders will come to Chenzhou to investigate and further increase their support and guidance to the CMGS.

After listening to the report on the relevant situation in Chenzhou, the responsible persons of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Land and Resources fully affirmed the achievements of Chenzhou in recent years. They said that they would pay full attention to and support the CMGS and Chenzhou's beautiful rural construction, poverty alleviation, and people's livelihood in the future, and also hoped that Chenzhou would seize the dividends released by the "Two sessions" to speed up economic and social development.

Subsequently, Liu Zhiren also had a discussion with some representatives of entrepreneurs in Beijing. Liu Zhiren, on behalf of the municipal party committee and municipal government, thanked the entrepreneurs for their concern and love for Chenzhou. Liu Zhiren said that the quality and benefits of Chenzhou's development have been continuously improved, the reform and innovation have been deepened, the momentum of reform has been strengthened, the livelihood of the people has been continuously improved, the quality of urban and rural areas has been continuously improved, and the development environment has been continuously optimized in recent years. At present, Chenzhou City is vigorously implementing the strategies of "Innovation leading, opening up and rising" and "Industry leading and all-round development", seizing the opportunities of the industry transfer and focusing on industrial development to realize the high quality development of Chenzhou.
