On March 15th, He Zunqing, Deputy Mayor of the Municipal Government, led the heads of the Municipal Economic and Information Commission, the Municipal State-owned Assets Administration Commission and other municipal departments to visit China Minmetals Group in Beijing. Li Fuli, Deputy General Manager of China Minmetals Group and Vice Mayor He Zunqing conducted docking negotiations.

He Zunqing briefly introduced the progress of cooperation projects and put forward suggestions for further cooperation. He hoped that China Minmetals would make full use of Chenzhou's advantages in resources and develop advanced processing of non-ferrous metals in Chenzhou to build a non-ferrous metal industrial chain. He said that the Chenzhou municipal government will further create an excellent environment for the development of Minmetals enterprises in Chenzhou City, and support the enterprises to speed up the transfer of "water/power/air supple and property management" in the family area.

Li Fuli said that China Minmetals supported China Tungsten and Hightech to build the Tungsten Mine Research Center in Chenzhou City to promote the upgrading of Chenzhou tungsten mine; speeded up the construction of intelligent mine in Shizhuyuan Company to promote the production capacity of tungsten mine in Shizhuyuan; carried out technological renovation and transformation of Chenzhou Diamond and Tungsten Company to promote the black-and-white mixed concentrate tungsten extraction project; stepped up the research and development of new nonferrous metals products and materials, and focused on Chenzhou City in the layout of new technology and new materials projects.
