Xinsenhuo Flower Agricultural Industry Park, a total investment of 300 million yuan, was invested and built by Cao Zuolin, an outside entrepreneur of Longtan Town in this county, which relied on the spatial pattern of mountain, water, farmland, garden and village to develop three business formats of "Agricultural sightseeing, leisure vacations, health" and create the Xinsenhuo Flower Resort in the planning area with the theme of "Longtan Flower Sea" through "planting trees on the mountains, raising flowers in the valleys, making rice in the fields, planting melons in the gardens".

"Jiahe County Party Committee and County Government attach great importance to the fact that the people here are simple, the natural scenery is beautiful, and the Xia-Rong Expressway and the Beijing-Hong Kong and Macao Expressway pass through here. If we have some other things as carriers, I believe the Xinsenhuo Industry Park will be more attractive." Professor Yang from the expert think-tank, had a good prospect for the project through a period of investigation, and put forward a lot of pertinent opinions and suggestions on the project from the expert's point of view.

"During the construction of the project, there are still some problems that need the County Party Committee and County Government to solve urgently, such as the power grid renovation, the land application, the renovation of the reservoir tractor roads and drainage ditches, and the entry of some industrial projects." said Cao Zuolin, Chairman of the Xinsenhuo Flower Agricultural Industry Park.
