On March 20th, the key entitled group short-term recuperation project of Zixing City was officially launched in the South Hospital of Zixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, which reflects the concern of the party and government to the entitled group and is an important measure to promote the unity of military and government, and military and civilian and the harmonious development of society.

The key entitled group short-term recuperation project was undertaken by the Civil Affairs Bureau of Zixing City and of Zixing Medical Group, with a period of 3 months and a total investment of more than 10 million yuan. The project, which is located on the 6th floor of the South Hospital of Zixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, can accommodate 30 people in recuperation, mainly for the solitude entitled groups, disabled soldiers, martyrs' survivors and demobilized soldiers in rural areas, who are in line with the centralized state support but are not centrally supported.

It was understood that there are more than 2000 key entitled groups in Zixing City. The plan will be carried out by stages and batches with 2 to 3 phases per month, according to the reception capacity of the South Hospital of Zixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the principle of "insisting on the combination of rest and treatment, taking the rest as the main factor". Each recuperation period will provide short-term recuperation for 30 people with 10 days, striving to carry on a round of short-term recuperation to all entitled groups in Zixing city in 3 years.

In order to carry out the short-term recuperation work for the key entitled groups, Zixing City has also meticulously set up a special service team, formulated a short-term recuperation plan, and made specific arrangements and deployment for physical examination, health care lectures, food logistics, sightseeing, recreational chess and card activities, etc. to ensure that the whole recuperation activities are rich, vivid and beneficial, and the key entitled groups truly appreciate the concern of the party and the government.
