The reporter learned from the preparation scheduling meeting of the 6th China (Hunan) International Mineral Gem Show (CMGS) that the 6th CMGS will be held in our city from May 18 to 22 with the theme of the "Magical ore crystals, rare bournonite".

The 6th CMGS pavilion will be arranged in accordance with the "1+4" pattern, Chenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center as the core pavilion, and the World Nonferrous Metal Museum, Shizhuyuan National Mine Park Museum, China Mineral Gems Museum Expo Center and Linwu Gems Cultural Industry Park as the branch pavilions. Among them, the core pavilion has an exhibition area of 120,000 square meters with 2800 international standard booths, divided into the international mineral crystal area, the national treasure fine mineral gem area, the mineral fossil area and other 8 theme areas.

According to the Preparatory Committee, all booths have been reserved by more than 1000 exhibitors till now, including more than 350 international exhibitors, an increase of more than 30 enterprises, and more than 650 domestic exhibitors, basically the same as the last. Among them, Thailand's Bangkok Jewelry Trading Center will bring the world's top rubies to display in the fine mineral gem area.

The first Fine Ore Crystal Contest, first Global Mineral Crystal Photography Competition and Fine Photography Exhibition, soliciting mascots, mineral crystal auction and other creative activities will be held in the CMGS.

Municipal Standing Committee and Executive Vice Mayor Jiang Feng, and Deputy Mayor Zhou Hailin attended the preparation scheduling meeting.
