On the afternoon of March 22, Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, held talks with Li Anmin, the President and Party Secretary of Besttone Holding Co., Ltd. of China Telecom Group. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on big data industries, hotels and so on.

Liu Zhiren briefly introduced the economic and social development of Chenzhou City. Liu Zhiren said that welcomed Chairman Li Anmin and his entourage to visit and guide in Chenzhou City, and China Telecom has made great contributions to local economic development and solving livelihood problems. In recent years, Chenzhou's urban vitality, the sense of mass gain, and the degree of civilization have improved. At present, Chenzhou City is implanting the strategy of "Industry leading, all-round development" according to the "innovation leading, opening up and rising" put forward by the provincial party committee and provincial government. He hoped the two sides could further deepen cooperation in the future and focus on the cooperation in the big data industry, hotels and other aspects to build Chenzhou into the data valley and international tourism city.

Li Anmin introduced the business of Besttone Holding Co., Ltd. of China Telecom Group. He hoped to strengthen the cooperation with Chenzhou City through this investigation and hoped that China Telecom could have more industrial projects in Chenzhou.
