On March 29th, the 90th anniversary commemorative stamp album of the Xiangnan Uprising Yizhang Riot was issued in Yizhang County. The descendant representatives of the revolutionary predecessors of the Xiangnan Uprising, such as, Marshal Zhu De's grandson General Liu Jian, Peng Ru's son Chen Hongsheng, Lieutenant General Ouyang Yi's eldest son Ouyang Haiyan, Zhang Jichun's son Zhang Xiaogang, Hu Shaohai's granddaughter Huang Manling and Huang Hongling, Yang Zida's granddaughter, Yang Shaoliang's daughter Yang Yao, and four Yizhang County leaders attended the issuing ceremony.

The stamp album is divided into three chapters of the Red Yizhang, Charm Yizhang and Don't forget original intention, including the 19th CPC National Congress, the 90th anniversary of the founding of the PLA, the 70th anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's Anti-Japanese War and World Anti-Fascist War, Comrade Zhu De's 100th Anniversary, Comrade Chen Yi's 90th Anniversary, the Communist Party of China early leader Deng Zhongxia, China Dream-People's Happiness, a beautiful new home and other content. In particular, the humanities and natural scenery of Yizhang County are condensed, and the Red Yizhang and Charm Yizhang are displayed very well in the Yizhang personalized stamps.
