On March 30, the investigation forum of service industry comprehensive reform was held. Su xian District leader Luo Lixin attended the forum.

In 2016, our city was designated as the pilot area of the national service industry comprehensive reform in the 13th Five-Year Plan, including Suxian District and Guiyang County. In February this year, the provincial government issued the "Opinions of the Hunan Government General Office on supporting Chenzhou to promote the service industry comprehensive reform pilot project", and strongly supported the development of the service industry in land use, taxation, finance and price.

The forum pointed out that the issue of the document was of great benefit to the development and reform of the service industry in the whole region. The district relevant departments should seriously study policies, combine the development practice of Suxian District, strengthen business guidance to project units, promptly study and solve problems existing in the pilot work of service industry comprehensive reform, and implemented the policies in terms of relaxing the entry threshold, reducing the approval process, striving for support funds, allocating resource elements, and so on to provide support for the service industry comprehensive reform and innovation development.
