Recently, the Municipal Party Committee's Leading Group on Comprehensive Deepening Reform has commended our city's top 10 best reform and innovation projects, and Zixing's rural collective assets and share power reform pilot project and other 10 projects have been evaluated as our city's top 10 best reform and innovation projects.

In 2017, all departments at all levels in the city adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, conscientiously studied the spirit of 19th CPC National Congress, thoroughly implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important directive spirit on comprehensively deepening reform, firmly established the "four consciousness", strengthened the reform force, stimulated the vitality of innovation, closely integrated the reality of Chenzhou City, paid close attention to the reform implementation, and carried out all key reform tasks in an orderly and steady manner to form a number of reform and innovation results with Chenzhou characteristics and bright spots.

In order to further deepen the reform work and stimulate the enthusiasm of reform and innovation in our city, the Municipal Party Committee Reform Office organized the selection of top 10 best innovation projects on comprehensive deepening reform.

The selection has received responses from different levels. A number of representative and effective results of reform and innovation projects were selected, which has aroused widespread concern of the whole society, further stimulated the enthusiasm of reform and strengthened the reform atmosphere.
