On April 15th, He Jinsong, Chairman of Hongkong Ningbang Group, and his entourage visited Suxian District. Yuan Weixiang, Secretary of the Party Work Committee and District Secretary of Party Committee of Chenzhou Hi-tech Zone, and Deputy District Chiefs Li Dinghe and Lu Kun took part in the investigation.

Ningbang Group, founded in 2014, is a foreign company with the city commercial complex development as the main business. The group is very optimistic about the prospects of investment in Chenzhou and intends to invest in Suxian District, build the functional complex buildings and promote the popularity of Suxian District in leisure tourism to form a new city center.

He Jinsong and his entourage visited the Guanshandong Area, Fengxingshan Area and Boliping Area in Chengdong New District, and understood in details about the geographical location, landform and geomorphology, planning use and surrounding environment of each area. During the investigation, He Jinsong expressed great interest in investing in Suxian District and hoped that both sides would work together to turn their ideals into reality, create the most famous Suxian tourism and city brand, and display Suxian's new unique charm.
