On April 16th, the city residential economy development and construction coordinated promotion group meeting was held. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, stressed at the meeting that it is necessary to attach great importance to the residential economy, vigorously develop the residential industry, and cultivate new momentum for rural rejuvenation.

Since last year, the city residential economy development and construction coordinated promotion office has jointly carried out the investigation on the fine residence and helped to promote the development, presenting gratifying situation and gradually developing towards standardization, scale and high quality. At the meeting, the participants discussed the "three-year action plan for accelerating the development of residential economy in Chenzhou, (2018-2020)" (exposure draft), and put forward the views and suggestions.

After fully listening to the speeches, Liu Zhiren pointed out that developing the residential economy is an important starting point in carrying out the spirit of 19th CPC National Congress and the two sessions and promoting high-quality development in light of the actual situation in Chenzhou City; is an important starting point of implementing the strategy of "innovation leading, opening up and rising" and "industry leading and all-round development"; is an important starting point of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization, and plays an important role in solving the problem of employment and helping to get people out of poverty; is an important starting point for the construction of ecological civilization and we must build a clear water and green mountains through the development of the residential economy to effectively promote the development of Chenzhou's ecological civilization.

Liu Zhiren stressed that in order to develop the residential industry and cultivate the new momentum of rural revitalization, we should strengthen the top-level design, scientifically layout characteristic residence, and embody the village's natural resources, history and culture, and local customs to build up characteristic residence in Chenzhou City; should strengthen brand agglomeration, speed up the construction of "six modernizations" of the humanization, diversification, refinement, standardization, specialization and branding, formulate the residential management methods, and strengthen the agglomeration effect in key regions to build the brand gathering area of residence as soon as possible; should strengthen typical demonstration, speed up the development of leading residence, package a number of highly motivated fine residences, introduce well-known domestic residential enterprises through investment, and carry out all-round cooperation; should strengthen basic security and precise measures to support the residential economic development, innovate the residential credit products, do a good job of rural land integration, and improve the water, electricity, roads and other infrastructure.

Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee Deputy Director Gao Aiguo, and Municipal Government Secretary-general Huang Zesheng attended the meeting.
